When care is put off, what follows usually looks like:
Sudden pain that gives no time to prepare
Small issues turn into big emergencies
Loss of teeth that could have been saved with earlier care
Infections spread and affect bone, gums, or overall health
Needing longer, more invasive treatment than what was originally required

Our appointments are designed around you.
Your comfort isn't an afterthought; it's built into how care is planned from the beginning.
Renew offers every level of sedation, from gentle relaxation to general anesthesia, so that fear never limits your options for care.
The dentist can be a scary and uncomfortable place. That's why we prioritize how you feel. Nothing is forced on you. We move forward only when you're ready.
Many patients come to Renew after years of avoiding care because of fear, discomfort, or past experiences that left them feeling out of control.
Our commitment to you:
Our team will take time to listen, explain options clearly, and move at your pace.
Nothing will happen without your understanding and consent.
Your care will be built around trust, comfort, and respect.

We start with a relaxed conversation to understand your concerns, history, and comfort level.

We explain your sedation options clearly and help you choose what feels right.

Your treatment is planned around comfort, communication, and your consent at every step.
At Renew, we offer every level of sedation, from nitrous oxide to general anesthesia, so care can be tailored to your comfort and treatment needs.

A gentle option that helps you feel calm and relaxed while remaining awake and responsive. This is often a good choice for mild anxiety and shorter appointments.

This is a medication taken before your appointment to help ease anxiety and promote deeper relaxation. Many patients feel drowsy and remember very little of the visit.

This is a deeper level of relaxation for patients with significant anxiety or more complex treatment needs. You remain safe and monitored while feeling calm and at ease throughout the experience.
At Renew Wellness Dentistry, our approach centers on the whole person, not just their teeth. Care is intentionally unhurried, calm, and thoughtful, especially for patients who have felt overwhelmed, dismissed, or rushed in more traditional dental settings. We believe feeling safe and understood is foundational to good care.
Dr. Ivonne Castro brings advanced training and ongoing education in holistic and biomimetic dentistry, with a focus on how oral health connects to overall wellness. Rather than relying on quick fixes, her approach emphasizes understanding root causes, preserving natural structure whenever possible, and planning care that supports how the body is meant to function. This philosophy guides every recommendation and every conversation.
Because this level of care requires time, flexibility, and clinical independence, Renew Wellness Dentistry operates as a fee-for-service practice. This allows treatment decisions to be guided by what’s best for your health and comfort, not by insurance rules or production pressure. Our care is best suited for patients who value clarity, personalized attention, and an experience that prioritizes long-term outcomes over the lowest upfront cost.
At Renew Wellness Dentistry, care is built on a holistic, biomimetic approach that prioritizes long-term health, comfort, and function. This means treatment decisions are guided by what best supports the body, not by insurance guidelines or coverage limits.
For that reason, Renew Wellness Dentistry is a fee-for-service practice, not insurance-based. We are not in-network with any dental insurance providers, and appointments are paid in full at the time of scheduling.
Renew may be a good fit if you’re looking for thoughtful, whole-body dental care and are comfortable investing in a fee-for-service approach. We practice holistic, biomimetic dentistry, which means care is planned around long-term health, comfort, and function rather than insurance guidelines.
If cost alone is the deciding factor, Renew may not be the right fit. Our focus is on clarity, quality, and care that’s designed to last.
Your first visit is designed to give you clear insight into your health by looking at the whole picture, not just individual teeth. We use a holistic, biomimetic approach that considers how your teeth, jaw, airway, breathing, and overall function work together. This appointment typically lasts about 90 minutes, allowing time to listen carefully, evaluate thoroughly, and explain what we’re seeing so nothing feels rushed or confusing.
This comprehensive evaluation is $395 and is due at the time of scheduling.

Your evaluation includes advanced diagnostics that let us see far beyond what a traditional exam can show.
A CBCT scan provides a three-dimensional view of the teeth, jaw, bone, joints, sinuses, nerves, and airway. This helps us evaluate structure, function, and potential issues that may not be visible on standard X-rays.
Your visit also includes an intraoral scan, a thorough gum evaluation, a comprehensive oral exam by your doctor, and an assessment of jaw joint function, breathing, sleep, and airway health.
All findings are reviewed with you in plain language. You’ll receive clear recommendations, a written summary of next steps, and guidance on planning and finances so you can move forward with confidence.
Holistic dentistry means we look beyond teeth alone. We consider how oral health connects to breathing, sleep, inflammation, and overall wellness.
Treatment decisions are made with long-term health in mind, using a whole-body approach rather than short-term fixes.
Yes. Sedation dentistry is a well-established, carefully monitored approach to care. Before recommending any level of sedation, we review your medical history, medications, and comfort needs to determine what’s appropriate. We always use the appropriate amount of sedation to help you feel comfortable.
